Burnout, or misalignment?
Most senior women cannot tell the difference. That is the problem.

You are tired in a way that sleep no longer fixes.

You have taken the leave, cleared the weekend, switched off the phone, and within a day or two the same heaviness settles back in. Or perhaps it is quieter than that. You are hitting every marker you set yourself, and feeling strangely little.

The work you built a career around has started to feel like a costume you put on each morning. These two experiences feel almost identical from the inside. They are not the same thing, and they call for opposite responses. One is depletion, and rest is genuinely the answer. The other is misalignment, and no amount of rest will touch it.

Applying the wrong remedy to the right problem is how capable women lose months, sometimes years. Resting harder when the issue is fit. Pushing through a decision when the issue is depletion.

This diagnostic tells you which one you are actually in.

What It Is
A considered, ten-question reflection that scores two things independently: whether you are depleted, and whether the role still fits who you have become.
It takes about five minutes. At the end, you receive a genuine read on both, not a generic label, along with three signs to recognise in your own week, a first step drawn from the C.L.A.R.I.T.Y methodology, and a question worth sitting with.

It is designed to help you first. Where a next step makes sense, you will be pointed to one. Where it does not, you will be told plainly that nothing is needed.
What It Is Not
It is not a personality quiz, and it is not a clinical assessment.
It is a reflective coaching tool, evidence-informed, drawing on established thinking in stress physiology and occupational psychology.

It will not diagnose a condition. It will help you think clearly about what is actually happening, which is usually the thing that has been missing.
Who It Is For
Senior women, leaders and founders, who suspect the honest answer is not simply more rest, and who would rather understand the pattern than keep guessing at it.
