Dr Yvette Ankrah MBE is a transformational coach, business mentor and consultant. Yvette started her business to support women to create a profitable, sustainable business without them becoming overwhelmed, stressed and burning out.
She takes a holistic approach which enables the client to develop and grow. Yvette is also a Director at Lightcliffe Consulting which supports SMEs with business development.
She has 25 years of work experience and has trained in coaching and mentoring at UCL and IOE using the GROW method. She is an accredited practitioner in NLP and Time-Line coaching and is an accredited Spectrum Performance Coach

She won a Microsoft/O2 award for business in 2013, was shortlisted for Best Coach at the Best Business Women Awards, 2015 and was awarded an MBE for her work with women in 2017.
She was awarded her PhD in 2019 and is a sociologist who specialises in the areas of race, identity, class and education.
She is also a Coach of Excellence and a member of ANLP – the Association of NLP and the British Sociological Association.
